Shipping & Returns

Delolu shipments are made from Hong Kong (China). We offer worldwide shipping which means you can place the order on our website and we will deliver it to you, whatever country you are in. 

We offer two delivery options: standard shipping with regular postal mail (through Hong Kong Post or Swiss Post) and express shipping (through DHL or Skynet).

Please note that we need a valid email address & phone number to be able to ship internationally.

Shipping Fees

As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the price of delivery is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the cart and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible. Shipping cost will show in your shopping cart during checkout.

We offer free international standard shipping for orders over to 900 HKD, 115 USD equivalent.

 

Estimated delivery time

Depending the country of destination, standard shipping will usually take 6-12 days and express shipping 2-4 days.

Please keep in mind that delivery time should be used as a guide only and that it is counted from the moment of dispatch. Delolu does not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, lack of documentation, issues independent of us and busy periods. Some countries have tightened customs restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.

 

Duties & Taxes

Items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Delolu. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Depending on your delivery country, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If any, you will be contacted to pay them. If you refuse to do so, your order will return to us.

Delolu is not responsible (and no refund will be issued) for items or orders that are seized, damaged, destroyed or refused by Customs.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product you may organize to return the item to us within 30 days. Items must be deemed unused and in its original packaging.

All items will be inspected on return and it remains at the discretion of Delolu whether the item will be accepted for refund based on quality control.
